Structured Literacy Intervention
Intervention at The Literacy Collective is intentionally individualized and delivered exclusively by certified teachers registered within the Province of Alberta. Each literacy specialist has advanced training in evidence-based literacy instruction and a strong understanding of the Alberta Programs of Study, ensuring alignment with grade-level expectations.
What sets our intervention apart is the collaborative oversight behind it.
Each child’s intervention plan is developed by our founders, Carly Axani, SLP, and Dr. Sarah Novosel-Ulbrich, and progress is continually monitored by both the interventionist and our clinical team to ensure instruction remains targeted, responsive, and effective.
Each child receives:
- At-home delivered literacy intervention
- A fully individualized, evidence-based intervention plan
- Ongoing progress monitoring and structured monthly communication
The number of sessions recommended will depend on your child’s intake assessment results.
